knows how to identify great customers, and wants the chance to
build, manage and lead a team of talented sales professionals in
the San Diego, San Francisco, Seattle, Denver, Dallas, Chicago,
Boston, New York, Atlanta or Miami marketplace(s). We want to find
someone who has climbed the ranks from sales through management
without losing the love of closing deals. A person who has built
from scratch and can’t wait to do it again, but with the advantages

WorldClass Brand Management’s Social Networking Service,
WorldClassID, solves a crucial pain point for anyone looking to
make sense out of the chaotic and disorganized Social Networking
world. More important, it presents organizations with new
opportunities to market themselves at a grassroots level. Most
potential end-users are stuck “doing things the only way they know
how” so it’s important to be able to sell strategically to the
upper levels of every organization. While the pricing and features

professionals who sell value and ROI.

we'd like to know if this is something you could start selling. If
you were given business cards, a PowerPoint presentation, a
customer questionnaire and a Consulting Agreement with a scope of
services...can you sell this? What vertical market would you go
after (how many PR/Ad Agencies are within an hour driving distance
from you?), what sales process would you use, how would you make
contact with prospective customers, what would you need to make a
sale and how many sales would you project in the next 30, 60 and 90
days?
We have a special promotion going on, so the launch promotion we're

From a sales perspective, we're looking for a passionate sales
person who believes that they can knock out 120 customer contracts
in the next 30 days. That assumes 8 appointments (or 8 touchpoints)
per day, and a 50% win ratio at those appointments. We believe a
higher win ratio is possible due to the unique nature and value of
our service. 120 x $[listed in the video] = $[you fill in the blank
and tell us] first month sales revenue, and with a first month
commission schedule of 20% of total sales (10% for each month after
collected so long as the salesperson is with the company) that
means a paycheck of ${you tell us what you think you can earn]
(plus you would then also be getting a monthly residual of $[insert
your projection here] for managing the accounts for the balance of
the year under contract).
Are you interested in scheduling meetings with prospective
customers and having a sales rep co-present with you to train you
through the first week of appointments?
You must be able to sell, and demonstrate that you’re effective
within weeks of starting. Our goal is that you not only carry your
own book of business, but become the core and leader of a new sales
team, so you must be a self-starter who can set goals and
deadlines, recruit and manage excellent team members, and hold
yourself and others accountable. Currently we sell over the phone,
though you may have the opportunity to attend target-rich trade
shows and help us refine and extend our sales strategy.

Success in selling VALUE solutions to non-technical buyers; A
record of carrying—and beating—a quota; Comfort with, and knowledge
of, online technology, web applications and social media; Ambition
and a desire to succeed.

This job will start out at your home office in opening the Dallas
market. You must be willing to work full time in Dallas and help us
build our customer base in the foreseeable future leading to the
opening of an office. If you can make a great case for working from
home to launch this new market for us, we want to talk with you—but
we’d need to see evidence that this has worked for you in the past,
and we’d have to agree to a plan to make it work for both of us.
