Management.
WorldClass Brand Management provides clients with New Business
Development (Leads) by combining a solid Search Engine Optimization
(SEO) Strategy with next generation Social Media Optimization (SMO)
through our automated social media marketing service,
WorldClassID.
We are a fast-growing, locally-owned company in need of help from a
highly educated, strong Administrator with a solid work ethic.

COMPANIES. Maturity and ability to handle multiple projects and

Managing Calendar for CEO Prepare & Mail; Coordinate Deliveries
Composing correspondence A/R & A/P; responsible for maintaining
financials for Bookkeeper Scanning, Copying and Archiving of
documents Owner of Record for all Master Documents; Organizing
& Filing Ordering supplies Prepare daily Development Department
deposit for the Accounting Department. Special event planning,
solicitation and production. Calendaring company events Tracking
Expense Reports Research Conventions, Trade Assoc., & Public
Speaking Opportunities Maintain Companys' organization chart
Develop a Contact list for Industry Publications Write Press
Releases on PRNewswire & Others Coordinate Meetings &
Events; Ensure presenters are well prepared for these meetings
Maintain Due Diligence Binder Manage Dunn & Bradstreet Company
profile & Hoovers' Info. Manage banking relationships; develop
new ones Post Job Opportunities; Update Contact Roster; Initial
phone screens & Interviews Liason w/ Corporate Atty. Point of
contact w. all Insurance Reps Write Minutes during Meetings
Arranging Travel & Accomodation Manager of all Tax &
Corporate licensing, dues, etc. Perform other duties as
assigned.
